A key piece of creating great coffee is in building a relationship with the Roaster. This blend is handcrafted and roasted in small batches for a unique quality and taste by a Texas Fire Captain and his family. The beans are sustainably sourced, with each purchase helping to educate the farmer and their children. This partnership helps to establish good business practices for generations to come.
Behind the Coffee Cup
The Snyders have done it all - lived tiny, designed tiny homes, and built them! Hill Country Tiny Houses, was birthed in 2017 after they downsized from 2200 square feet of dream home to 384 square feet of luxury on wheels they built on HGTV’s Tiny Paradise. “Shrink your house, not your dreams” is their motto! Their big dreams have led them to develop tiny home communities they call Tiny Town Living. Another big dream for Shari was a Tiny Town Coffee House in each community to rejuvenate - both with good coffee and good company. In 2020, this dream became a reality and like they always says, “Shari dreams it, Todd builds it.”
